I am delighted with the two items I bought from this company. The Web site gives clear information on the clothing and is very quick and easy to use.....unlike some !The items were very well packed and delivery prompt.

Efficient, very good quality products and very ethical

First purchases from baukgen. Very pleased as items (dress and top) came very nicely wrapped, much nicer fabric than I was expecting, stitching and finish of clothes excellent. Fit of dress excellent (I had to measure myself and choose the right size from the size guide which I therefore think that the dressmaking measurements are accurate). My budget is limited and I got these items on sale - full price for me, is just too much at present. I ordered the items after seeing and feeling some baukgen clothes in John Lewis and was really impressed with them. Love the swishyness of the dress skirt coupled with the neat fit of the bodice and the top has helped me avoid being a sweaty mess in the heat wave!

Really good quality fabric and well put together

Baukjen Molly dress is perfect for this hot weather with its bare arms and cool fabric. I am a size 8 and it is good to have a loose floaty dress that doesn't swamp me although I did have to take about 4inches off the length. Please keep making this dress style I love it.

I liked the material and style of this dress however I'd ordered two sizes and they were so small I couldn't even button the up. Very disappointed as I find other store do not come up this small.

Lovely clothes and prompt delivery. The clothes were beautifully packed in tissue inside a decorated brown paper package. I am usually a size 10 but the size 8 dress was a better fit for me. Will definitely buy from Baukjen again.

I absolutely love overalls, so versatile, can be dressed up or down. I only just got them and have already worn them both with a broderie anglais blouse and my old Gucci flats, as well as a tee shirt and sandals! I am of pension age, but have horses and I am a hill runner and my 5 pairs of overalls can go anywhere!

I placed my order and realised the next morning that I had ordered one of the items in the wrong size. A phone call to BAUKJEN corrected that. When the parcel arrived there was only one item in it, so I rang again. The issue was explained to me and a refund issued immediately for the missing item. I am very happy with the excellent support from BAUKJEN customer service and the top which I received is fabulous. Many thanks BAUKJEN.
